This is a classic recipe, you really can’t go wrong when combining garlic, cheese and mushrooms into one dish! The use of tomatoes and a light salad makes sure it doesn’t sit too heavy in the stomach.

Jamie Oliver’s chicken & mushroom puff pie, with peppery greens, mustard and spring onions. The great thing about this recipe is that you can use premade puff pastry but it looks like you’ve made a big effort! Add in different types of mushrooms for a moreish meal, even exotics like shiitake would work well here.
